My very first blog award... now that's some pretty amazing stuff.
**Stupid silly dance time**

Brigid from BABBLING BRIDGE nominated me for the Sunshine Blogger Award!
Brigid is a friend I met in the blogging world and she's wonderful, funny, and has a don't give a shit attitude that I like.  A TON.  Go check her out!

I actually received this award on my birthday back in July.
Then life got busy as usual it seems like.  But I'm back from our vacay... so no more excuses.

I'd like to thank my followers from Blogger, FacebookPinterest, family, friends, etc.  You all rock and I feel so special.
My favorite follower is my Hubs of course.

Here go the rules for accepting this lovely SBA...
1. Include the award log either in your acceptance post or somewhere on your blog.
2. Answer 10 questions about yourself.
3. Pass the award on to 10-12 other deserving bloggers.
4. Add a link on your post to all of the talented winners and comment on their page to let them know they've been deemed amazing.
5. Thank the brilliant soul that recognized your talent and bestowed this wonderful award on you...and of course link back to them as well

So there it is!  I'm so pumped.  This has really made me feel accomplished.  I never thought I would get this far.  I normally quit things early on due to lack of motivation so to speak.
I'm ready to keep going with The Backwards Bride... ready to learn how to tweak it up and make it better eventually.

1. What would you most like to change about yourself?
My temper and lack of patience.  WOOSAH.  You would think these would change once having a child!
Nope... not for me.  If anything it can be worse at times.  Once I get mad, that's it... I take people down with me.  It's not very fair, I know...

2. What is your theme song?

Rascal Flatts- Bless The Broken Road
This is one of my all time favorite songs EVERR.  The lyrics were written just for me!

3. One part of your life, a memory, action, etc. that you wish you could surgically remove from your brain?

The times I got in trouble with the law and the years of pain and regret that followed to get through my mistakes.  Another blog post for another time.  :)

4. What generation do you wish you had been a part of?
I like my generation just fine thank you very much!

5. What was your favorite childhood toy?

Barbies and dolls of course.  Though I did go through a tom boy phase..

6. What is your favorite housecleaning chore?
FAVORITE?!  I despise cleaning.  But I also hate a mess.  I can't fricken' win!

7. Do you Twitter?
I do not twitter.  I don't HATE twitter... I have an account, I just never use it.

8. Any goals?
-To be a positive influence on others.
-To be a good Mom.
-To be an always supporting Wifey.
-Stay home, help out with our business and have more kids.  :)

9. Do you really drink margaritas all the time?
No unless it's a Golden Margarita.  I'm more of a Cosmo chick if you're speaking of cocktails.

10. What is the ugliest car you've ever driven/were embarrassed to be seen in?
My first car was my sisters hand-me-down Geo Prism!  Sexy!
Unfortunately I was too young to be embarrassed at the time that my mom sported a mini van.  But I will assure you... You will never catch me driving a soccer mom van!

A Congratulations is in order (and I wouldn't be surprised if they've already received one or more...)

*Julie at The Naptime Review.  Great product reviews on anything and everything.  She also has awesome Linky parties!

*Bonnie at Mrs. Bonn Bonn.  I love her Mommy blogging style.  She gives great advice on blogging/how to make your blog better.  I love following her family.  She has her own Etsy shop and to top it off... has another baby on the way. Congrats!

*Jen at People I Want To Punch In The Throat.  Jen has got to be the funniest mom I've stumbled upon.  This lady has me ROLLING constantly.  Love, love, love this blog.  She seems to be pretty damn popular in the blogging world.

*Stasha at The Good Life.  No joke, she's got it made and doesn't take advantage of it that's for sure.  I try to link up with her Monday Listicles every week.  Super nice and welcoming.

*Jenilee from Seven In The Nest.  Another great mommy blog that I've come across recently.  Great style and awesome giveaways.

*Sara at Mommy Summers.  Super cute lady that loves her family to death!

*Chaton at Chaton's World.  A working mom with a lot on her plate!  She inspires me. Love her blog.

*Mary at the Mommyologist.  I think it's her bluntness that draws me to her. She's honest, straight to the point and funny!

*Meg, Jessica & Keren at Shabby Blogs.  A team of ladies that give tips and freebies to improve your blog? You've got my attention.

*Jennifer at Mrs Jennifer Lynn.  I love how much of a Thrifty Chick she is!

Last but not least...

*Taylor at Delish World.  Taylor is a friend I grew up with and went to high school with.  When she started her blog over a year ago, it was around the same time I started throwing ideas around in my head about starting one.  Though I haven't seen her blog in awhile, she definitely motivated me.  Great food, health and lifestyle blog.

Brigid:  You are an awesome chick.  Thanks so much for this!

Aw, you're too sweet!

It's somewhat reassuring to me that you consider yourself to have a short fuse/lack of patience. I've always wondered if that would be problematic w/ raising kids, but you're doing great things raising your daughter. So I guess I'm in good company = )
